What shall we build next?

Software that works, from Miyazaki, Japan.

I'm YOKOMINE Yoshihiro, a full-cycle software engineer in Miyazaki. From 8-bit assembly to today's mobile apps, I've built software for every kind of industry, handling everything from the first question to the last fix.

02 / PROFILE

YOKOMINE Yoshihiro

Founder of STOLOC Lab, based in Miyazaki, Japan. I started programming in 1980 on an MZ-80K, spent about 25 years at a software company building everything from games to business applications, and went independent in 2011. My work spans museums, healthcare, newspapers, retail and more.

Living with type 1 diabetes myself, I also serve on the secretariat of a support group for children with T1D and their families.

Off the clock, I'm a ham radio operator and shortwave listener. Call sign JE6XUH. If you're a fellow ham, 73 — I'd be glad to hear from you.
